Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our products to most serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment.
  • Delivery time usually ranges between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • In some cases, delays may occur due to public holidays, courier network issues, or supply chain disruptions.

Shipping Charges

  • Any shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping during promotional periods or for orders above a certain value.
  • There are no hidden fees — you only pay what you see during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to track your package in real-time. If you do not receive tracking details within 2 days after dispatch, please contact us.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
  • If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal without reason, it may be returned to us and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.
  • Do not accept the order if the packaging is tampered with or visibly damaged.
  • In such cases, contact us immediately at kassabites@gmail.com with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order is significantly delayed (beyond 10 business days), please contact us.
We will:

  1. Follow up with the courier partner
  2. Attempt to resolve the issue
  3. If delivery fails even after 20 days, a full refund will be issued
