At KASSABITES, your satisfaction is important to us. Since we sell perishable food items, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement, subject to the conditions below.
When Are Refunds or Replacements Allowed?
You may request a refund or replacement only if:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, expired, or not what you ordered
- You contact us within 5 days of receiving the order
- You provide clear photo or video proof of the issue

What Happens After You Report an Issue?
- Our support team will review your claim
- We will notify you by email or WhatsApp whether your request is approved or rejected
- If approved, you will receive either:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
- If your order is delayed by more than 10 days, contact us — we’ll escalate the issue with the courier
- If the shipment fails to deliver within 20 days, we will process a full refund
What Is Not Eligible for Refund?
- Orders refused without a valid reason at the time of delivery
- Products bought during sales, discounts, or with coupon codes
- Delays caused by courier partners (unless the product is completely undelivered)
Exchanges
We only replace items that are damaged or defective. If you’d like an exchange for the same item, email us with your order details and photo proof.
